ヨガでリラックス♬
月曜日と水曜日のトレーニング後の整理体操の時間に
ヨガ体操を取り入れています。
夏は暑い季節ですが、つい低くしてしまうエアコンの設定温度や、
つい摂取し過ぎてしまう冷たい食べ物や飲み物などの生活習慣で
内臓機能が低下したり、身体が冷えてしまう季節なのです。
また、冷えた屋内と、灼熱の屋外との激しい温度差は
自律神経の乱れや身体の不調につながってしまいます。
ヨガには自律神経を整えたり、インナーマッスルの強化で
冷えにくい身体作りの効果があると言われていますし、
体を動かすことは、血行促進につながります。
そして、何よりリラックス効果！
照明をおとして、目を閉じて、ゆっくり呼吸・・・
