紅白の透かしホオズキ完成と秋らしいお花
【紅白の透かしホオズキが完成いたしました】
前回、透かしホオズキを漂白する術を知ってしまい、
2つしかない貴重な透かしホオズキの１つを
次亜塩素酸ナトリウム液(キッチンハイターを水で薄めたもの)に
沈めて7時間・・・
こんなに白くなりました。
２つ並べると紅白でおめでたい感じです。
次は透かしホオズキの赤い実が傷む前に取らなくてはいけません。
透かしホオズキの経過報告は、まだ続きそうです。
【秋らしいお花をいただきました】
ご利用者様から秋らしいお花をいただきました。
ワレモコウとセンニチコウです。
センニチコウは「千日紅」と書きます。
花を千日も長く咲かせるからだそうです。
そういえば・・・夏に花を咲かせる「百日紅」と書く木がありました。
さて、花を百日も長く咲かせるという夏の花は何でしょう？
ヒントは木がツルツルでお猿さんも滑って登れないという名前です。
