12月のフィットネス
今年も残すところわずかとなりました。
ソフィアフィットネスではご利用者様と一緒に
折り紙でクリスマスカードや来年の干支である寅の飾りを作って
１２月を満喫しております。
また、事業所から見える１２月の山々で白山だけが雪で白く光り輝き
「これぞ霊峰！」といった神々しい姿に
「夕日が当たる時間が最高やよ～」
「ウチから見るのが１番やわ～」
とそれぞれの白山自慢の声が聞こえます。
そして・・・そろそろ里の方にも雪が降りてくる頃となり、
前職が自動車関係で車のスペシャリストな職員を講師に「冬道の安全運転」について
スタッフ勉強会を実施し全員が降雪に備えて気を引き締めております。
北陸の長い冬の間もご利用者様の安心・安全に努めてまいります。
